Hi there, welcome to my website! Here’s how I got into being an estate agent… so I’ve had an avid interest in property ever since I was young. My dad’s a builder and I spent many evenings and Saturdays with him, accompanying him on his quotes/jobs. He had always aspired to set up “Dixon & Son” when I grew up but sadly, I can just about put a picture frame on the wall so it was safe to say I wouldn’t be following in his footsteps. And that’s when I thought to myself “If I can’t build a house, I’ll sell them!”
Shortly after I finished studying at Runshaw College, I began my career in estate agency at a small firm. I started as an apprentice and I was chucked into the deep end, which turned out to be the best thing for me as it helped me to learn what makes a great estate agent. After 18 months of hard work, I finished my apprenticeship and received my qualifications in ‘The Sale of Residential Property’ and ‘Customer Service’.
Since the end of my apprenticeship, I’ve worked for a well-known firm in Lancashire and also the UK’s biggest online agent, enabling me to further master my craft and garner extensive knowledge of several towns in Lancashire and Greater Manchester, including Chorley, Wigan, Bolton, and Blackburn.
Fast forward to Summer 2022, and after spending a long time deliberating, I made the decision to go for it and branch out on my own. Trust me, it wasn’t a decision that was taken light-heartedly. But it’s one that I’m so glad I made as I can now offer my clients a 1-2-1 service that you can’t find on the high street.
What motivates me most is the satisfaction and accountability from helping people, with arguably the biggest step of their lives. Making my clients’ move as stress-free as possible is at the forefront of my business, and to ensure this I make myself available to them seven days a week.
If you are looking to buy or sell, then please let me know and I will do all I can to get you moving.
